Company Overview
WFDynamic was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in Guangzhou, and New York, employing over 70 staff members.
Over the past 15 years, we have served more than 300 international brands and over two-thirds of Hong Kong’s international schools, becoming the preferred “integrated corporate services platform” for enterprises and educational institutions. We focus on talent development, team experiences, and corporate branding activities to help organizations strengthen internal cohesion, fulfill social responsibility, and expand global influence.
Our three core brands — Kitchen Dynamic (corporate team building), Bloom Dynamic (international school study tours), and QiRetreat Dynamic (high-end philosophical retreats) — form a complete ecosystem, helping clients at different stages achieve transformation from within.

WFDynamic was founded by Kevin Leung in 2010. It started with Kitchen Dynamic, focusing on corporate team building. As client needs evolved, we expanded into educational study tours (Bloom Dynamic) and high-end philosophical retreats (QiRetreat Dynamic), forming today’s complete experiential learning ecosystem.
From Hong Kong to the Greater Bay Area and serving international clients, WFDynamic has always been committed to presenting Chinese traditional wisdom in dynamic and experiential ways, helping people at different stages achieve transformation from within.

Our Logo
The WFDynamic logo features a graceful yet powerful butterfly with the Chinese character 「气」 (Qi) elegantly integrated at its center.
The butterfly symbolizes transformation, freedom, and rebirth — the journey from ordinary to extraordinary. The character “Qi” represents the vital life energy and flow in Chinese philosophy. Together, they perfectly embody our brand philosophy of “Wisdom in Motion”.

Founder Story
Kevin Leung
Kevin Leung holds a Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University and a Master’s degree from Napier University. During his studies, he received multiple scholarships. In sports, he excelled in swimming, running, cycling, athletics, and long-distance running, representing his school and Hong Kong in various competitions. These experiences cultivated strong discipline and an indomitable spirit.
In life, he has faced near-death challenges and major personal setbacks, including sudden marriage changes. These difficult moments gave him a deeper understanding of life’s fragility and resilience, becoming a significant force for him to rise again, pursue inner growth, and help others in their transformation.
He is a Senior Certified Trainer recognized in Mainland China, a UN SDG 17 Certified Tutor, a DISC Trainer, and an MBTI Trainer, and holds two Guinness World Records.
In early 2009, Kevin Leung founded Kitchen Dynamic, pioneering corporate experiential team-building with the proprietary Kitchen Game IP. This was later expanded to Bloom Dynamic (international school study tours) and QiRetreat Dynamic (high-end philosophical self-cultivation), forming the complete WFDynamic ecosystem.
Over the past 15 years, WFDynamic has served numerous corporate clients, international schools, and high-end individuals, accumulating extensive cross-cultural training experience. He is committed to integrating Chinese traditional wisdom with modern needs to help clients at different stages achieve genuine transformation from within.
As the founder, he believes that true leadership and life impact must begin with inner cultivation.
