Kitchen represents the kitchen — the most everyday and warmest place; Dynamic represents “energy in motion” — igniting team potential and transformation through interaction and experience.
Founder Kevin Leung, while studying in Canada, had an Italian friend whose family owned a restaurant. This gave him the opportunity to learn Spanish and Italian cuisine in a real kitchen setting. That experience deeply inspired him — realizing that the kitchen is not just a place for cooking, but a powerful stage for teamwork, creativity, and cultural exchange. This insight eventually became the origin of Kitchen Dynamic.
Since 2009, starting as Ko Chi Workshop Limited, we began developing experiential team activities. Drawing innovative concepts from Canada and adapting them to the needs of Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area enterprises, we gradually created our proprietary Kitchen Game IP. After 15 years of refinement, Kitchen Dynamic has become a trusted partner for many international brands and local companies.
