Tea Mountain QiRetreat
Organic Tea Mountain Immersive Journey
The Tea Mountain Retreat is one of the core routes of QiRetreat Dynamic, located at a premium organic tea garden base in the Qingyuan area (one of Guangdong’s Top 10 Most Beautiful Tea Gardens). With vast certified organic tea fields nestled against beautiful mountain forests, it offers a serene and pure environment and serves as a genuine fully organic tea culture base.
In China, tea is to the East what red wine is to the West — more than just a beverage, it is a carrier of land, seasons, craftsmanship, and life philosophy. While Westerners savor terroir and vintage through red wine, the Chinese appreciate heaven, earth, the changing seasons, physical-mental balance, and the essence of life through tea. From Shennong discovering tea among hundreds of herbs, to Lu Yu’s The Classic of Tea, tea has long become an important cultural symbol and daily wellness wisdom in Chinese civilization.

The Deep Connection Between Tea, Philosophy, and Wellness
In China, tea has never been merely a drink — it is a daily practice for self-cultivation. It emphasizes “harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility,” embodying Laozi’s “the highest good is like water” and the Doctrine of the Mean. Different teas correspond to various constitutions and the Five Elements, serving as daily wellness tools. Here, you are not just “drinking tea” — through your hands and senses, you personally experience the patience, nature, and wisdom behind tea, allowing it to truly become part of your inner cultivation.
Seasonal Note: The Tea Mountain Retreat is influenced by the tea season, typically running from around Qingming Festival to the end of November. We will design the most suitable immersive experiences based on the characteristics of the tea leaves in each season.
